| Kansas Health Solutions oversees a provider network providing all ambulatory Medical mental health services covered under the contract between Kansas Health Solutions and the State of Kansas. This network provides these services to Medicaid eligible Members and is supported by written agreements with Kansas Health Solutions, sufficient to provide adequate access to all services under the contract. |
