The Residential Care Facility regulations have been reviewed by both the Department of Administration and the Attorney General's Office. SRS is working with these entities to make necessary modifications. When a final document is approved by both DoA and the AG, SRS will repost that draft and the process will move into public comment. Thank you for your patience as we work through these necessary steps to finalize these regulations.
